MEMBERS BENEFIT because PCA understands the needs of small as well as large public purchasing departments and their limits on time, personnel and expertise. Membership is FREE for educational institutions, government agencies, Indian tribal governments, hospitals, law enforcement, and non-profit, non-taxed organizations in all 50 States and the U.S. territories.
PCA staff combines its experience in contracting, purchasing, and writing Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide some of the most technically innovative contracts available for buildings and facilities for PCA Members.

Who is eligible for membership in the PCA purchasing cooperative? Public, Private and Charter Schools; Cities/Municipalities; Counties; States; Federal and Other Agencies; State and Private Colleges and Universities; Non-Profit Organizations; Religious and Charitable Organizations.
Membership is FREE and you will work directly with vendors who have been awarded PCA contracts through a rigorous solicitation response and evaluation process, according to Texas purchasing and contracting statutes.
